Abraham Moss Adult Learning Centre sits on a complex alongside the brand-new Abraham Moss Library & Leisure Centre, Abraham Moss High School and Abraham Moss Community School in the Crumpsall area of Manchester.

Directions
All our centres have multiple options for transport, so whatever your preference, you will find getting there easy.
Walk and cycle
Our centre is a ten-minute walk from the main high street of Cheetham Hill, making it ideal to get to on foot from the local area.
Streets nearby such as Cheetham Hill Road and Hazelbottom Road are bike-friendly and allow access north and south of the centre.
Cycling racks are available outside the centre to secure your bike.
Bus and tram
If walking or cycling isn’t an option, Abraham Moss is well served by local buses, including the 41, 52, 88, 89, 146, 148, 151, 154 and 53. You can also catch the 59, 135 and 167 from Cheetham Hill Road.
If you are taking the tram, Abraham Moss Metrolink station is located next to our centre. Abraham Moss is on the Bury line with direct trams to/from Manchester Airport, Altrincham and Manchester Piccadilly.

Car
From the M60: At junction 19, take the A576 exit to Middleton. Exit the roundabout onto Middleton Road and follow for 1.6 miles. Turn left onto Crumpsall Lane, continue straight onto Ash Tree Road and turn left onto Crescent Road.
Once there, Abraham Moss offers parking, but spaces are limited.

As Abraham Moss is one of our largest adult learning centres, many courses from each of the different subject areas are taught here.

L2 Support Work in Schools
Through studying the Level 2 Award in Support Work in Schools and Colleges, you will gain the skills and knowledge needed to work, or volunteer, in a school or college setting.

Level 2 Health and Social Care
This vocational course will help you to develop the knowledge, skills, and personal qualities needed to work in a care setting.

E3/L1 Essential Digital Skills
This course will teach you how to use different devices for handling information, creating and editing, communicating, and transacting while remaining safe, secure and responsible online.

Functional Skills Maths
Available at five different levels from entry to Level 2, with Functional Skills Maths you will have the chance to gain nationally recognised Functional Maths qualification.

Functional Skills English
Functional Skills English is a nationally recognised qualification useful for gaining employment, retraining or advancing your career.
